Audi A5 / S5 B8 (2009-2012) Trunk/Boot Tail Light Gasket

This replaces the tail light (inners) gasket on the B8 platform Audi A5 and S5. They should work for both the cabriolet/convertible as well as the other models, but you can verify by the part numbers. It is a direct replacement for 8T0945191 and 8T0945192. It MAY be useful for 8T0945191A / 8T0945192A (B8.5 models), but I cannot guarantee this. I printed this out of Siraya Air foaming TPU, at 270-275C, for maximum compression fit. I used a Bambu X1C with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 1.0mm top/bottom, 2 sidewalls at .49, and infill set to grid or rectilinear with infill wall thickness to .3 (to keep it compressible). I used approximately 15% infill. The first print, I used non-foaming TPU (not pictured) 95A, I believe Priline. It worked alright, but didn't have as much compression as I'd desire and I was afraid it might leak - it seemed to hold up fine the first rain, but I wanted to try foaming TPU. So, feel free to try non-foaming TPU if you want/already have it. I'd try to use rectilinear infill for sure and try to make the top/bottom as thin as possible, for maximum 'squish'/compression.
