The buttons part is sliced with Cura, using the [Change Filament At Z Cura Plugin ](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2077884) by [rawlogic](https://www.thingiverse.com/rawlogic/about). The main part is sliced with Slic3r PE 1.42 beta, using 100% Archimedean Chords infil pattern (looks good and is fast) and is printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle, 0 bottom and 0 top layers for speed. Marked as a work in progress as I might change some things.
