Hello Guys, This is my Biggest Project so far. My personal Goal is, to create a Mostly 3D printed 2WD Chassis for Competition use. The Project currently is in development state, but as so many People asked for the Files i finally decided to share the Files. UPDATE! There is a Team Assotiation B7 Compatible Version in The Zip Folder. You will need: - Differential -Front Axes and Bearings -Rear CVDs -39T Idle Gear from Asso -Slipper Clutch and The complete Axe with Spur Gear -Motor Mount You will need some Parts from an old SWorkZ S12-1M. -Rear Differential -Rear Axes (CVDs) -Wheel Hex-Adapters -Idle Gear (the brass one with 34T) -Slipper clutch With Spur Gear and the whole Axe with the 20T Gear -Front Axes (other 5mm Axes will also Fit. There are two 10x5x4 Bearings in the Front steering knuckle) -Some Oil shocks (80mm front and 95mm rear hole distance) -Four 3mm x 40mm Steel Axes -A 3mm Drill (or 3.1 for the wishbones) to Make the Axes go smooth and make the holes where you push the screws through. -Bearings: 6-15x10x4mm 8-10x5x4mm 2-12x6x4mm 2-6x3x2.5mm 4-3x40mm steel Axes Also you will need a assortment of countersunk screws (8 to 30mm) m3 and lens head screws m3 (6mm to 25mm) 3-M4 Nuts and one m4x25mm and two m4x40 cylinder head screws. All Parts are printed in 100 Percent Infill with PETG-CF. The whole car weighs approx 1.5 kg.
