Creation of this coil support with bearing to improve the fluidity of coil unwinding. This support was calibrated to avoid any play that might occur. The bearings were taken from a printer's guide wheel (16mm by 5mm, center hole diameter 5.1mm). Materials required: one 5mm diameter threaded rod by 12cm, two self-locking nuts, two washers max. 8mm diameter. The rest is printed. Three bases are provided for different locations (see what you prefer.) All prints are provided without support except base number 3. Base 1 as shown in the photos or fixed to the top. Base 2 on profile 4020, placed at the bottom. Base 3 designed for top mounting (90° rotation of coil support axis). For my part, base 1 is necessary because the printer will be incorporated into a box.
