Disclaimer: These are my own design which I have made myself. The STL:s are not to be shared with others, or in some ways made profit on. Printed results may vary since you are to print the parts yourself, however if you print the designs with a calibrated machine and with recommended settings, the results should be similar or better than mine. Info: The original wing mount on the Kagama is somewhat brittle and breaks easily, so I have made an alternative to those who might want to make it more bash-proof. This design is much more beefed up and has an additional bracing on the back to the rear skid plate and will give the overall design more strength. This mount is elongated and heighten a little to make the mount work with other types of wings (still using the 40 mm spacing), it also gives the car a bit meaner look in my opinion. Use the nylon nuts from the disassembling of the original mount to assemble the printed parts. Part 6 (referring to the exploded view) is intended to be used with the nylon nuts. Place the nuts inside the nut insert and then press it into the wing fastener with the tabs lining up with the slots inside the wing fastener. Hardware to complete the build: You will need two 50 mm (m3) bolts to fastening all the parts together once they are mounted to the car. You also need 4 short m3 bolts, (longer than 8 mm) 4 nuts and washers to mount (1) “Wing_mount_lower_base” to the rear skid plate. Assembling: First, mount part (2) to the car. This part is redesigned and lets you screw in the upper holes to the car from the outside, a little bit more convenient. Then mount (3). Mount (1) to the rear skid plate. Then fasten the wing fastener (with the inserts installed) together with all the other parts with the two 50 mm bolts. Then put part (4) on the wing and screw in on the mount. ** Update ** Just updated the design. The 50mm bolts can now be used with m4 screws (older m3 design persists) instead of the older design. Further, the wing fastener (2) is now updated together with the wing bracket (6) and an added design (Wing_fastener_split) which allows for aftermarket wings to be used, for example the Arrma Kraton 6s wing. New print orientation is also presented for the parts. The m3 bolt design have gotten the same updates as the m4 model.
